Brazen Brewing ("Brewery," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Pour Decisions Mug Club ("Mug Club"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you sign up for and participate in the Mug Club program.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Mug Club member portal, we may collect:
Check-in data: Date, time, and frequency of your visits
Device information: Browser type, device type, and operating system (used for device authentication tokens)
Session data: Login sessions and authentication tokens to keep you signed in
1.3 Referral Information
If you refer others to Mug Club, we track the referral relationship to award referral benefits. We store only the referral code linkage, not any additional information about the referral interaction.

We use the information we collect to:
Manage your membership: Process sign-ups, maintain your account, and authenticate your identity
Process billing: Charge membership fees, handle renewals, and manage cancellations through Stripe

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share your information only with the following service providers who help us operate Mug Club:
Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe receives your payment information to process membership fees. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Amazon Web Services (AWS SES): Email delivery. AWS processes your email address to deliver account notifications, login codes, and membership communications.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4. Push Notifications
Push notifications are entirely opt-in. If you choose to enable push notifications through the member portal:
We store a push subscription endpoint associated with your member account
We use push notifications to alert you about flash sales, special events, and promotional offers
You can disable push notifications at any time through your member portal or device settings
When you disable notifications, your push subscription is removed from our servers
5. SMS Communications
SMS messaging is opt-in at the time of sign-up. If you opt in:
You may receive text messages about flash sales, events, and membership updates
Message frequency varies (approximately 2-6 messages per month)

6. Data Retention
7.1 Active Memberships
We retain your personal information for the duration of your active membership and use it to provide membership services.
7.2 Cancelled Memberships
When your membership is cancelled:
Your account is marked as cancelled but your data is retained for record-keeping purposes
Check-in history and badge data are preserved
Your information is removed from active leaderboards
Billing information is retained by Stripe according to their data retention policy
7.3 Data Deletion
You may request complete deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (see Section 12). Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).

Mug Club membership is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify members via email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Mug Club after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
