Welcome to Pour Decisions Mug Club ("Mug Club"), operated by Brazen Brewing ("Brewery," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for membership, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Pour Decisions Mug Club is a membership program offering exclusive benefits to patrons of Brazen Brewing. Membership is available to individuals 21 years of age or older. By signing up, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
We offer two membership options:
Important: The Monthly Plan requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. By selecting the Monthly Plan, you agree to pay for at least three months of membership.
All memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3 below:
You will receive a reminder email seven (7) days before your renewal date.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all membership fees, including:
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Your membership will be placed in a past-due status with a fourteen (14) day grace period to update your payment information. If payment is not received within the grace period, your membership will be cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at yourfriends@brazenbrewco.com or speaking with a staff member at the brewery.
Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your Monthly Plan membership before completing the three (3) month minimum commitment period, you will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to $10.00 multiplied by the number of months remaining in your commitment period.
Example: If you cancel after one month, you will be charged $20.00 (2 remaining months x $10.00).
Upon successful payment of the early cancellation fee:
If the early cancellation fee cannot be charged to your payment method, you will be notified and your membership will end at the conclusion of your current paid period. Any outstanding balance remains your responsibility.
After completing the minimum commitment period (Monthly Plan) or at any time (Annual Plan), you may cancel without penalty. Your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current paid period.
Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancelled memberships remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership at our discretion for violation of these terms, brewery policies, or applicable laws. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

Push notifications can be disabled at any time through your member profile or device settings.
If you provide a phone number and opt-in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages regarding:
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your preferences in your member profile.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of your membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
